Yes, our helpdesk is able to receive answers to your tickets via email. Whether you are using Outlook, Gmail or any other email client, our helpdesk will be able to handle it.
We set up customer specific email addresses, such as your_company@jzero.mojohelpdesk.com, so you should have received this. If you don't know your specific email address, let us know by emailing support@jzero.com and we will provide this to you.
